I loved the foam tips for the Loop Dream so I was skeptical about the double tips. However, they proved to be much more effective at blocking out sound, were a better fit and were just as comfortable. So I'm a convert.

These Dream Double Tips are the only tips that create a good seal inside my ears, in a size that doesn't hurt to wear all night, every night. I'm in the U. S. and for some reason this product doesn't show under the Accessories category on the website? I had to contact customer service to find them. I bought extra tips for my older Dream ear plugs that didn't come with Double Tips originally. At first, the original Dream Foam Tips were ok, but after a few months using the Dream Foam Tips in XS, I had to move up to the S, then to the M, to keep a seal. But the M hurt after a few nights of wear, so I could only use them every few days. When the new Dreams with Double Tips came out I got them to try and am so glad to finally have a pair of ear plugs that actually fit. I've also tried the Quiet, the Quiet 2, and Engage. The shape of the Quiet tips does not seal inside my ear no matter what size I select. The Engage tips are comfortable to wear however they not designed to block out maximum noise.
Seriously, these are such a big upgrade over standard foam Loop should offer it: Dream 1 and Double Dream. I would have paid premium on initial purchase for these tips they are so much better the the foam!
Can't live without my Loop Dreams. These tips fit me better that the foam ones.
The loop dream helps me sleep a little better by " dulling!" The outside sounds!
I have tried more than 15 different types of earplugs, including custom-molded ones. The "new" revision of Loop Dream with the silicone tips is the only one I have actually been able to use every night without discomfort. I have literally spent years searching for the perfect pair of earplugs, and now I finally have them.
Not ad good a fit as tge loop 2 with double tip - very disappointed for the cost

Sometimes my ears hurt a bit in the morning after using the original Dream earplugs, but hasn’t happened with these babies. I think these tips are also slightly better at muffling sound. These are great earplugs for sleep.
The size is fine and the transparent tips look like the original colour, once I put them on. But the black ones look horrible - there's a reason I didn't buy black ones in the first place. I don't know why the replacement tips can't come in the same colours.
I’ve been using dream tips for some time and was happy with them but I still was woken by my partner’s snoring occasionally. I decided to try dream double tips and I have found them more comfortable once in properly and they do seem to block out more noise. I went up a size after reading reviews as I was using extra small and have found small in the double tips a good fit.
I love that they provide the foam and double tip options. I prefer the double tip with my Loop Dreams. It blocks out the sound and are gentle in my ears. Highly recommend.
It fits slightly smaller than the double tips of the Quiet 2, which is a pity considering i ordered the same size! But it's more comfortable than the Dream foam tips
I made a mistake. I was actually needing the loop part as I have heaps of tips
The fit of the Loop Dream took about a day to get used to. Afterward, I was able to literally wear them all day. The Loop Dream Double Tips are easy to clean and the size I chose are comfortable in my ear. The great thing about the tips is that they do not fall out when I sleep and start sweating. I'm a side sleeper, and I don't even notice that they're in! Of course, they don't block out 100% of the noise, but wearing them takes the edge off of loud noises like outside construction, loud neighbors, making it easier to get and stay asleep. I received them within a week, so shipping was fast.
I don't feel the size is equivalent to the foam tips for the dream loop. I had xs foam tips so ordered xs in double tips but they do not do the job.

These fit so much better than the foam tips. I just wish they came in more colors.
I bought my Dream back before they came with the double tips and was having some trouble getting a good, comfortable seal with the foam tips as a side sleeper. The double tips were an absolute game changer. I barely feel these, and they're quieter than both the Dream with foam tips and the Quiet 1 that I have. Completely drowns out everything that was waking me up at night (partner's snoring, heating system, bathroom fan).
These are not as good as the ones that came with the original ear buds.
Not for me - cheap disposable ear plugs do a better job

Foam tips work better than double tips for small ears.
I ordered my usual size M in the foam tips. These are way too small in the double tips. I have tried to exchange but it won’t let me.

The double tips work extremely well with blocking out snoring and baby tantrum screaming helps me deal with her better without the extra stress
These work much better for me than the tips that come on the Dreams. More secure and comfortable.
These ear tips are decidedly easier to put in and more comfortable for me than the original foam Dream tips. The original foam tips are better at blocking out louder sounds like footsteps, snoring, and car horns but only if a good seal is made which can be a challenge. Most of the time I only need to tone down fan and normal road noise so these have been a great alternative.
Disappointed in the fit. Much smaller than the equivalent in other Loops ear tips.
They don’t make ones big enough for my ear canals
Good product but the sizing is different to the silicone tips so I was unable to get a proper good nights sleep due to the inaccurate fit.
Got as a replacement as ordered my usual size but they were way too small. These are much better but still a bit small so I rarely wear them. Usually a medium in experience and the foam dream but the large on these are still a bit small so need them to make an Xl.
Good selbst, comfy, not as fragile as the og foam tips
I ordered these because the foam tips were sold out. These are great replacement tips for Loop Dream. Easier to put in and out and easier to clean. I ordered the same size I used for the foam tips and the size is fine.
Exactly as described, I only wish purple colour was an option, so they would fit my dreams fully.

I should have ordered the large size; the medium is smaller than I thought and doesn't do as good a job with noise reduction.
Unfortunately the fitment wasn't like the original Dream Loops.
