Experience 2 Plus is the same acoustic design as Experience 2, with one addition: a Mute insert that clips into the ring. It is the answer to the gap between a bar at 9pm and the front of a stage at midnight.
Why the Plus
When one level is not enough
17 dB, or 20 dB with Mute
Start the night on the standard setting and add the insert when you move closer to the speakers.
The same clear tone at both levels
The Mute lowers the level without collapsing the treble, so the music does not turn to mud.
One purchase covers both
Cheaper than buying a second pair for the loud nights, and there is only one case to keep track of.
How it works
A channel, then a second filter
Sound passes through a shaped channel in the ring rather than into solid foam, which is what keeps the reduction even across frequencies. The Mute insert adds a second stage in that path — same principle, more attenuation.
Fit and materials
Four sizes and a spare part
Soft silicone tips in four sizes on a moulded body. The Mute inserts are replaceable and sold separately, in case one goes missing on a dance floor.
Good to know
Protection works before the damage
Hearing loss from loud nights does not recover. Put them in at the start of the set, not when your ears already feel full.
Getting the fit right
How to wear them
Start with the medium tips already on the plug, and keep the other sizes to hand.
Pull the top of your ear gently up and back — it opens the canal and makes the plug seat properly.
Push the plug in and turn it back until the ring sits flat against your ear.
Listen: a good seal drops the room noticeably the second it locks in. If it does not, go up a tip size.
Rinse with lukewarm water and mild soap, dry fully, and store them in the case.
I was wondering if this one worth it. I don’t go to many concerts anyway, but I was impressed by the quality of what I was earing. Great add to your collection
they look beautiful they have a nice texture and they are very compact but when i used them during a concert i had a feeling that they blocked out a little too much sound for me to comfortably enjoy myself even after taking the mute inserts out , which made me hear my own voice more than other people and the concert itself ,for me they make me feel a bit disconnected from the vibe and the people around me so i think id rather use them at festivals where the music is louder than at stadium concerts and events
Bought these to reduce the volume of movies and they were really effective. I had to use the additional inserts for maximum effectiveness but it does what I intended when buying. Wore them for over 2 hours and mostly comfortable, I kept the M tips so will reduce the size next time to ensure comfort. Would recommend!
We left on a 8 day long motorcycle trip and it was great to both hear the music and the intercom and not to listen to the wind noise! I have a hard time finding the perfect size for my ears, medium is a tiny bit too small and large is a tiny bit too large, but that’s just my ears and has absolutely nothing to do with the products functionality to do. We love them!!
I have used this once so far. Man! I love these. I added the me plugs to it and it got even better! I'm glad I got them. No regrets. I went with the small silicone fit. Nice to have the option of plugs. I recommend watching the video on how to properly wear them if you don't notice a difference.
They’re beautiful. After taking a while trying to figure out which size fits me best, they felt great. I can’t wait to fully try them on at the concert in Aug.
They do the job ! 17dB seem to b enough for my dancing events. The reduced music perception feels awkward but that's how they protect the hearing. I could talk with no background noise in my ears after the event, so they worked. Xs is a good size for me - feels comfortable and they're well seated. I like gold colour too, elegant and goes well with my jewellery. Happy with my purchase.
Great addition of colour. The baseline offered is boring and it great to get pops of style every full moon. Wanted to try the plus model, the basic mutes are boring and used an other set of mutes
Der Klang der Musik bleibt klar und schön. Beim Motorradfahren dämpft es den Umgebumgslärm und trotzdem hört man gut, was rund um einem passiert. Ich bin begeistert und habe für meine Mutter auch ein Paar bestellt.
The best purchase i made it!! I used my loop experience 2 plus in concerts, events where there will be many people and even in the cinema, and they have helped me not to feel overstimulated or overwhelmed
Love the Loop earplugs and lanyard!! I've brought 2 before (lost one and gifted 1. However the Loop hard container needs to have little holes for the lanyard to be connected and to stay in the case so you can close the container. :) otherwise I loveeeeeee
I purchased both the Loop Experience Plus and Loop Quiet 2, and was very impressed with the packaging and quality of the products. I loved how the Experience Plus Loops had multiple types of ear pieces (silicone and foam), including two mute’s. I compared the two and these ones definitely cut down sound the most. I’m excited to put them into practice!
I really love them. They made the world easier. I can hear everything perfectly (even my teacher talking) without being too overwhelming. Also you can choose the size and fits perfect in my ear. It was really nice engraving my name too. It was a really good investment, I use them all the time outside of my home (I don't use them for sleep).
Outstanding! I was sceptical but it works! I ride 1250 cc motorcycle and the wind noise inside the helmet was reduce a lot. Now, It’s on the perfect level of wind noise and I can ear the exhaust when stoped! Nice, very nice!
I didn't believe that this product actually works. A friend recommended it to me, and since I bought my first one, I've already bought two more. It allows me to focus at work, while travelling on public transport and driving. It doesn't distract me or make me feel like I have my head in a box. I recommend it!
So nice that I could find loop experience 2 plus. It helped me so much with my tinnitus isssue. Great that we can really choose the best fit for each ear, plus also use the enhanced filter thanks to the add-on insert. In addition so beautiful for an ear plug-in.
I’m in band at school, where I play the piccolo, and my earplugs really help to make sure I don’t get hearing damage from constantly playing such high notes. My dad also got the Tomorrowland loops when he was at the event, and he still uses them for any music event he goes to.
I typically believe that reviews saying things like “where have these been all my life?” Are exaggerating. Until now because that’s how I feel about these. I bought them originally for the purpose the website describes(live music and events). But after seeing some other reviews as far as helping with self regulation/overstimulation I decided to try them out in everyday situations as I have similar issues of my own. Now I don’t want to take them off!!!! Also, unlike so many Bluetooth earbuds, these actually stay in my ears. (These are not Bluetooth just so there’s no confusion). I’m left incredulous but facts don’t lie! I’m calmer, happier, focused and not made miserable by loud voices and sounds. Yes I can hear things still but at a much more tolerable level. My only qualm is the case is really small. I attached a dragon keychain to mine in hopes I will be less likely to lose them.
As always love!! I got a second pair of experiences as my original are the flamingo pink equinox and I nearly lost one. To save the fear, I bought a standard Rosegold but upgraded to Mutes!! Can’t live with out these now. Each pack comes with 2 sets of mutes - black and white and interchangeable earplugs heads.
As a musician and sound engineer, I love the experience earplugs. They protect my ears when I go on concerts, festivals and parties, without having to sacrifice the quality of the sound.
I bought my loops to play the flute and piccolo at safer volumes. I chose the experience plus, because I didn't think the normal experiences would have enough sound reduction, but they did! I almost never use the mutes, not for playing music, nor for concerts or similar things. I wish I saved the money and bought the normal ones. These work really well for playing music tho. They reduce noise evenly , they are very comfortable and very stylish. I would recommend this to other musicians, because they are cheaper than better and more professional alternatives, and they are way cooler looking.
I bought the same ones again because I unfortunately lost one from my pocket at the last concert. I highly recommend buying any of them, because they protect your ears and the music still sounds great. And they look really good too. . . I also really like the color change of the interchangeable earplugs to white. The new case where the earplugs are inserted is also very good; with the old ones, they were loose in the case. Now a great solution And also they fint into a wallaed.
I work in a loud bodyshop and these have been a God-send! Help me concentrate to get work done while still maintaining the ability to have conversations in close proximity. When i take them to concerts they’re snug and don’t ever fall off in the pit. Loop keeps me rockin’! 🤘
rly love them theyre pretty i got silver and evn when i use them at like veryyy loud concerts/front row i have absolutely no ringing after which is great bcz i hate that they fit well i use the S size and i prefer the silicone tips but thats preference mutes r useful and u can put them in in the case and leave them in there if u dont want to use them while wearing sound still sounds good and u can hear words well in music without it being so loud i also rly like the little case i put it on my keyring with my other pair of loops unfortunately lost them so im going to replace them but ouchhhh sm money
I use them with the foam tips and the Mutes, and they provide me with quite good attenuation for everyday life. The gold color is pretty, but personally I prefer softer champagne gold.
As someone who works in live events/festivals, my hearing can end up suffering in these spaces. I'm also quite noise sensitive so purchasing my loops were an investment in my health! They allow me to focus, but also block out the noise wether that's at work- or on the screeching northern line. I hope I don't loose these as they are my second pair- and I love both of the accesory links as it allows me to switch colours if I wanted to jazz it up a bit :)
I’ve used other earplugs for live music, but I’ve found the experience 2s more comfortable to wear and the base noise reduction isn’t as high. I find this better for the clarity of the music, but the mutes with the plus gives that option of extra noise reduction if needed.
The most comfortable earbuds I have ever worn!! I got them for uni as I am a music student and constantly exposed to loud sound, and these have been an absolute lifesaver. They’re so easy to wear and I feel as if they’re not even there. If you’re looking to get earbuds that are comfortable, easy to carry and look good, skip the foam orange ones you get and invest in one of these. Along with the keyring they come with, you can carry them on your keys wherever you go. Get them!
I was never sure about the Experience colours - people said they looked great matched with your silver or gold jewellery, but silver seemed so bright and obvious to me. But after years of wearing black Experience 1, I eventually took the plunge with silver Experience 2 and reader, they're as sleek and classy as everyone tells you.
Very happy with my loops! I work as a musician and sound engineer and often find myself in loud spaces. Compared to other earplugs I feel that my loops don't distort the sound and I am still able to hear the clarity in the sounds just at a much more comfortable volume. I am a brass player and often hate playing with earplugs, as you get a very strange internal sound. However, with my loops this is much less intense compared to other earplugs and I have started to use them more in settings when I am playing.
I was honestly skeptical when I bought my Loop Experience earplugs because the reviews almost seemed too good to be true. I bought a pair for both me and my girlfriend (Loop Experience 2 Plus). We wore them through an entire Scooter concert and later for many hours in a loud nightclub. I’m impressed! It took me about 10–15 minutes to get used to them, but after that they were great. The music still sounded good without the heavy muffling you get from foam earplugs. In the nightclub I could hear people surprisingly well and actually hold a conversation. In the club, we used the extra -3 dB Mute inserts (Loop -17 dB + Mute -3 dB), which was perfect for both of us. I already have tinnitus and some hearing loss, so protecting my hearing matters to me. These let me enjoy loud music without ruining the experience, and they look more like an accessory than earplugs. Definitely coming with me to the next concert!
