We picked up Loop earplugs recently…Switch for me and Experience for my wife…and we’re both impressed. Took them to a loud music venue for the first time, and the difference was huge. We could still enjoy the sound clearly, but without the usual ringing afterward. Def worth it.
I really like the options of the 3 level switches on the device for sound filtering.
The Switch 2 is a great product, and as soon as I got them, I put them on. I mainly bought them because my class is very loud. I guess it serves its purpose, but it has its drawbacks. 1. It's a bit hard, the plastic part. So you can't wear them for an extended period of time or to sleep (if you sleep on your side). 2. When you are wearing them, the sounds from inside get amplified. You can hear yourself very loud, or when you are eating or drinking. 3. It's very hard to change modes. I'm guessing it is because I just got them, and I suppose I will get used to them. 4. It's a bit expensive, but for people who are sensitive to sounds, I think it is worth it. After all, it is a very immersive product. I guess the pros out way the cons. Before it came, I was thinking, why would I get an earplug for $110 with the cord when I can get a $2 one from a chemist? But this is waaaay different. It's great if you can't stand everyday small annoying sounds, like the keyboard, cars, motorcycles, and grinding coffee. I don't understand those reviews about how they don't notice a distinction between the modes, but I certainly do! Also, the cord is great if you lose your things often. . . like me. :)
I have at this point tried loop dream, quiet 2, engage 2, experience 2 plus, and the switch 2. These come second after loop experience 2 plus as far as favorite. I have a few diagnoses including ASD & ADHD so I use loops products almost 24 hours a day. Full disclosure - I tried buying a green pair of these from target a while ago and I hated them - they wouldnt stay in regardless the tip size. I bought these Tomorrowland themed pair directly from the loops website in hopes that the collaboration would be better. I was not disappointed. So far these are amazing! Unlike my previous experience w/ the switch 2’s from target the bulkiness which is noticeable compared to any of the other types is not a problem when combined with my small ears. If you want to try these make sure to get from loop earplugs website directly is my advice. But so far so good.
The color is nice. However, the adjustable options are not terribly different from one another, clarity and volume-wise. I tried the different size earbuds to see which ones fit snugly but comfortably, only medium fit. These ultimately don't do anything more than a pair of standard silicone plugs you get for $15 or less. They dull some sound, but they don't make isolating speech for conversation in public an option, and they don't really help block out loud sounds nearby. GoFo is an absolutely atrocious delivery service, I really wish they wouldn't use them to deliver. I've received so many packages that have been left in unsafe locations, while the packages are damaged or even open. The tracking is bizarre- it said my package was in 3 different locations on the same day at the same time while I was trying to find it. They also took longer than 3-5 business days to delivery the package. When I asked customer service about this, they offered either 15% off my next order (why would I buy another pair when these cost almost $70?) or I could return them. At this point, it would be even more work to return them, so it is what it is.
Jako osoba z wrazliwoscia na dzwieki, zatyczki niemal co dnia ratuja mi tylek przed straszna migrena. Na + to ze mozna zmieniac tryby, np. w zaleznosci od przebodzcowania, co daje glowie chwile wytchnienia. Pierwszy raz po uzyciu ich, wrocilam do domu bez bolu glowy. Jezeli chodzi o tryb z najwiksza slyszalnoscia (najmniejsze wyciszenie), jest okey ale zdarza mi sie ze po prostu nie slysze co mowia do mnie w pracy i musze wyjmowac zatyczki i wkladac, ale to tyczy sie dosc cichcego srodowiska, natomiast w sklepie jest elegancko, rozmowa z kasjerka, lub dyskusja na temat zakupow z nazeczonym - bezproblemowo.
No los he probado tanto tiempo pero hasta ahora me han gustado mucho, me agrada que pueda adaptar el nivel de ruido según la situación, además de que estos en específico tienen un color precioso!
Sehr zufrieden! Coole farbe, einfach zu handhaben. Hatte sie bei der streetparade an. War noch nie so angenehm für mich zwischen den Leuten und der Musik. Der switch funktionier perfekt für mich, ob es zum reden ist mit freunden oder beim tanzen auf dem flor. Für mich geht sie sogar mit meinen ohr pircings. Mega coole Sache für alle di lärmempfindlich sind. Von kochen zu hause ( Altars Geräusche die gefiltert werden ) bis hin zu Partys und Festival ist man gut Geschütz und sieht auch noch cool aus! Leider ist mir die rechte Seite auf den Boden gefallen und hat leider dadurch sichtbare Blessuren erlitten ist aber nur minimal also schütz eure loops gut 👍🏽
As soon as I received them, I checked them out and they just look amazing. And it's not only the esthetics of them but the actual noise reduction is such a game changer. I'm still up for trying them at festivals, but even at home and common environment they do wonderful job. This loops are better than I expected, to be honest!
Yo los uso mucho para eventos familiares, ir al cine y cuando estoy muy sobre estimulada, cabe aclarar que si no te gusta la oclusión o escuchar que masticas, tu latido, o respiración, no son para ti, si no tienes problemas con ello, están de lujo. Ojo, le di 4 estrellas porque los switch son un poco más robustos y a veces me llega a molestar en los oídos, o no los aguanto tanto tiempo, pero te vas acostumbrando la verdad.
He conocido la paz del silencio al salir a la calle, para dormir no creo que insonoricen tanto pero de resto genial
For some reason I expected a more drastic sound reduction or maybe more like a noise cancelling experience. Thats maybe my misunderstanding. However it still makes a solid difference for me when I'm sitting in a coffee shop with a lot of chatter, construction outside, at a loud pub, or loud irritating noises at home or outside when im particularly anxious. I dont like how much I hear myself talk or sing, or its hard for me to know im talking too soft when talking to someone else when I have it on. Overall solid buy
I've got 3 pairs of Experience, 1 Engage and 1 Quiet but this is my first Switch and when the Tomorrowland ones dropped I finally got them. The colours are great and I love switching between Live, Love, Unite and you can really hear the difference but I have yet to use them in a LOUD environment but I got my friend the McClaren ones and he said they've made a huge difference.
Still awaiting for my first loop concert experience, but it feels already awesome to wear these small & elegant gems. It’s fine to have these dials too, as you can finetune what you want to hear from disturbing conversations to wining kids and yes, I fully believe even concerts!
This is literally my 3rd pair, I love my loops so much but I am so forgetful. . i have donated a pair to europe somewhere and a bar in tuscaloosa, whoops. I refuse to lose this pair i have my name and number on them!
I’m enjoying having the 3 options in one case. I’ve found they don’t work exactly as well on each setting as the individual loops for that type, but it’s hardly noticeable and is balanced out by the convenience. The dark green is really nice. I use them a fair bit in shopping centres and also when in class to block out the little background noises of people which otherwise take my attention from the teacher. . aka I don’t get mad at the loud breathing from the row behind me
So my mom got me a pair and I got to say that when It comes to ear plugs I will always wear and buy loop earplugs Ps I am 16 years old and I have lvl 2 autism and PDA
Die loops sind wunderbar für den Alltag und egal welche Lautstärke challenge sich auftut, mit einem Switch ist alles gleich angenehmer und trotzdem bekommt man seine Umwelt noch mit. Der Switchring könnte ein bisschen schmaler sein, dann bekommt er 5 Sterne 🌟
I’m autistic and very sensitive to sound, recently I’ve been trying to get out more often and not be a hermit. These loops made a HUGE difference! The world feels much less overwhelming but I’m also not shutting everything out if I don’t want to. Just a click and I can hear birds, another click and I can hear friendly chatter of people passing by. I feels like I have the filter so many people are just born with. 100/10 recommend
They had great quality but the main thing that ruined them for me was the amount of time the shipping took. I ordered them on the 21st of June and got them on the 10th of July.
After experiencing hearing sensitivity after chemotherapy I was struggling with sharp noises, noisy cafe clattering, kids yelling and laughter. I have found the Switch 2 earplugs to be a great option as I can change the setting as required for the situation. I bought some for my elderly father who was also experiencing sensitivity and he is also very surprised at how they have helped him and happy with how they work.
Ich habe sie mir geholt weil ich normale hatte die alles still machen und ich kein Gespräch mehr folgen konnte ohne mich noch mehr an zu strengen. So kann ich mich unterhalten und die Geräusche sind weniger. Auch bei einer längeren Auto Fahrt die lauten Geräusche ( Reifen und andere Autos vorbei fahren) haben mich genervt und damit sind sie weniger. Für mich passen sie so.
Absolutely great product, they really are. Wore them at a rock festival recently. Great secure fit, very comfortable. If they were a little bit lighter attenuation on the open setting for clearer conversation, they would be absolutely perfect. I found I still needed to take them out occasionally.
Best purchase of 2026. Recovering from a craniotomy, I've become even more sensitive to loud environments. Being AuDHD, I can become overwhelmed when over stimulated, and lets be honest buzzing electric noises can drive anyone insane. I tried my Swith 2 McLaren Loops for the 1st time on my birthday at a local bowling alley. I was absolutely shocked by the difference! I found I could concentrate so much. I could hear talking fine, but the constant drone of everything else was muted! I played around with all three settings, all worked really well from mildly calming to utter zen. Futher had no idea I was soo loud!!! The Loops have made me conscious of my volume, it was rather comical my husband and mother kept telling me to talk louder because it sounded like I was whispering! Im very excited to try them in my work environment, which is an open floor plan office. I've always been told my voice "carries". . . Polite version of please talk quieter. . . Loops are chainging my world for the better.
If they are anything like the regular Switch 2's, they are very nice but now also colourful :D Since the filter mechanism is different compared to the engage/experience lineup you might trade some fidelity in the higher frequency ranges for being able to switch dampening. Some people like this while others do not, so it's just something to keep in mind. I do prefer the experience 2's when really trying to listen to music for this reason, but use the switch 2's at work for the ease of switching modes. I've been unlucky with a pair i received but their warranty process is great so it didn't end up being a problem in the end.

I love my switch loops because I have the regular loops and sometimes they weren't enough too block sound with the switch I can switch it to give me more comfortable with nosies without being overwhelmed aspcially travel
If you need stylish, affordable earplugs for every occasion. GET THESE! Definitely if you’re a McLaren fan. I did prefer the backside of the case of the McLaren F1 version, but that’s highly personal. It is a must have for people that attend races and definitely if you’re above the pits or in the garage. As a motorsport photographer, these have saved my hearing!
I ordered them specifically for an event where I knew the music would be loud and as I'm hypersensitive I can't stand the noise : they did their job and matched my outfit 😉 I also use them in crowds to hear people during conversations while blocking the background noise 😀
Recommended by a friend - I use them for gym classes, my children’s classes and general use for even when grinding my coffee. It’s honestly made me so much calmer and I wish I had known it was something I needed in my life. Very comfortable to wear and the magnetic holder is really handy, I keep it on me all the time as a busy mum. Would highly recommend to those who find their environment overstimulating and to parents with young children.
As a previous foam earplug user and then eargasm user, I can confidently say that loop has the best earplugs on the market! After years of foam earplugs, completely muffling the sound, and eargasms never fitting properly and always leaving my ears feeling sore the next day, I took the leap and ended up buying loop earplugs and I have to say they’re the best I have ever had! The fit reminds me of my AirPods and it perfectly plugged your ear without reducing the sound quality at all. Also, their vibrant colors are always eye-catching and people are constantly asking where I got them. I’m obsessed and will never go back. The switch 2 model is my particular favorite as sometimes I feel like the sound can still feel a little muffled with the switch. I am able to easily move the dial and it makes it much easier for talking without having to take the earplug out again, my absolute favorite color, and I want another pair of the lavender iridescent, as mine sadly met a tragic end after falling out of my bag. 😭 as soon as the lavender iridescent are available for purchase, I would absolutely buy a new pair immediately. However, if they don’t bring this color back, I will still be getting a new pair of switches regardless I love them that much! I have also gotten my 16 person friend group on the loop train as well, and also recently bought my younger brother a pair for his birthday as well. Again, we’ll never go back!

I've waited to do this review because I got my Loop Switch II earplugs a few weeks before a concert -- which I've now been to, and so I can say with confidence these are great! I've tried them out in several settings, so here are my thoughts on each one: - At home: Can't tell much of a difference in one-to-one conversation or watching TV. - Noisy pubs: Lifesaver!! I have always struggled to participate in group conversations in noisy environments (possibly due to my ADHD) and this weekend at a pub crawl I tested my earplugs taking them off, putting them in, trying different settings, and they DEFINITELY made a big difference. I discovered I preferred the earplugs in because I could just understand what people were saying that much more clearly. In the past I've not even been able to participate in group conversations when it's noisy, and I have to sit there quietly while everyone else has a nice time. But I can participate in conversations now, like everyone else! - Open-air concert: Lifesaver. For noise, huge help, I had no ringing in my ears afterward. For fit, I was jumping around and went deep in the mosh pit a few times (including falling over!) and at no point did I feel the slightest concern they would fall out. General fit: Audiologists have always told me I have unusually small ear canals, and I have had to be very careful with my ears because of it. Almost every set of earplugs I've tried in the past have been too big -- but the XS actually did fit me! I was pleasantly surprised. I think the left fit better than the right, it felt like it created a better 'seal'. I wish there was an option to order half-sizes. Final note, I have not been able to tell much of a difference between the Experience and Quiet modes. All told, would recommend. Thank you, Loop, I'm happy with my purchase!
Really enjoying these so far! It took me a while to decide what to order & I'm glad I went with the Switch 2 as my first purchase. They have been a huge help & made me realize just how much/often I was overstimulated by all the noise around me every minute of the day! Definitely recommend giving them a try if you've been thinking about it!
Habe mir jetzt bereits zum zweiten mal die Switch bestellt, weil ich meine anderen verloren habe, ADHS lässt grüßen. Und die sind einfach super, ich nehme sie überall mit hin, und bin einfach froh dass es so etwas gibt :)
This is the first Switch that I bought after purchasing many Loop Engage and Experience earplugs besides a Dream pair. I wanted to have something versatile for all occasions and events. I found them very useful. They're a great solution for everyday with their three modes: Engage, Experience and Quiet. It's also the first time that I try the Quiet mode. I also loved the holographic Tomorrowland theme. They're gorgeous.
If you don't want to be changing between different earplugs or just one something that adapt to every situation this is the perfect pair.
Os Loop superaram parte das minhas expectativas. São muito leves, discretos e confortáveis, o que faz toda a diferença para quem, como eu, tem o canal auditivo pequeno (uso as ponteiras XS) e não consegue usar protetores mais pesados durante muito tempo. Demorei cerca de dois a três dias a adaptar-me à sensação de os usar, mas depois disso tornaram-se bastante confortáveis. A possibilidade de ajustar diferentes níveis de redução de ruído também é um ponto positivo, especialmente para festivais, concertos e discotecas. Os dois aspetos que me impediram de dar 5 estrelas foram a qualidade dos materiais, que me pareceu um pouco abaixo do esperado para o preço, e a redução de ruído, que imaginei que fosse ligeiramente maior. Ainda assim, considero que é um excelente produto: bonito, leve, reutilizável e que protege a audição sem isolar completamente do ambiente. Recomendo.
They’re smaller than I thought. . and so light to wear, I use them during public transportation and before listening to music without headphones on at full volume home.
I work at an animal shelter with lots of noisy barking dogs and pressure washers and other random loud things. But I also need to be able to hear over the radio for emergencies and staff communication. I love that I can have the volume up on one side and down on the other and yet both ears are still protected. I also get overstimulated by loud music, loud chewing, too many conversations, screaming kids, so these are always on my keys within reach. This is my second pair, I had the Engage 2 before and I like the convenience of the Switch 2 (plus that iridescent lavender color!) more.
