Im a side sleeper and love to sleep with absolutely NO noise, as Im very sensitive and wake up easily. The Loop is easy to wear and has a pleasant texture, looks nice and I love the case for traveling. I just feel a little bit of ear pain after sleeping on the side. I recommend it and it’s definitely better than my older options.
Unfortunately mine is lost in the plane while i am using it and fall asleep so I don’t know how it works yet
I didn’t know I needed them until I started using them. They’ve been life changing, especially during these very hot days when I need to leave the windows open in the bedroom. I use the extra small size and they’re very comfortable.
Loop Dreams are life changing purchase. I live in the very city center with pub downstairs and could only dream about normal sleep. Now i sleep like a baby every night even with the windows open. Loops are much more comfortable than disposable earplugs and do not fall out from the ear during night. They are first thing i pack while travelling, too - no more fear of thin walls or noisy neighbours

I wish I’d bought these ages ago. Had seen these ads for about a year but was unsure as I wondered if loud snoring noise could be significantly reduced. It’s made a massive difference, the loudest snores are reduced by 90% so I am not disturbed anymore. Didn’t realise the tips are supposed to be replaced every few months but even if that’s the case, still worth it as my sleep quality is much improved. I can still hear my morning alarm, it’s just dulled and I hear it after a few seconds so only a small delay. The smallest size fits in the ear snugly and doesn’t fall out - just follow the fitting instructions and you should be fine.
My partner is snoring real bad. I sleep with single use earplugs for 6 years now and I was trying to find a good alternative. This is still not as good when it comes to noise cancelation, but it's pretty close! They fit well and feel pretty good in.
I got these to help with snoring noises and my sleep I only got to try them once as I lost my loop bit. I cried haha But I travelled from nz to Brisbane got the loop earplugs go my holiday over there and somewhere along I misplaced them :-( Anyway I loved the varying sizes and i wasn’t too sure how to fit them and adjust to get my size.
Why am I saying best when I only give 4 stars? Because they're the best reusable one, and I've tried quite a few options. The smallest tips are still a little big and it would be nice to have smaller tips. I have extra extra small tips that I purchased for another set, but unfortunately, they are not able to fit on these. Its good that it comes with many options (shown in image), but we need smaller options too, as only one of them actually fit my ears.
Very impressed with these. The foam tips are super comfy. I change between tip styles. I now get a great sleep regardless of noise. I got the blue ones. I have enjoyed using them and thats with being a side sleeper on quite a hard cervical style memory foam pillow, they would be even more comfortable with a normal pillow. Im a size XS in the memory foam tips and a S in the silicone double tips. The main reason I got these is because I live in a busy area and in the summer I need the windows open so it becomes really sleep disruptingly noisy. I think there should be a space for all the tip sizes inside the box to stop from getting them mixed up since theres way more of them and/or the size should be put on the inside of the silicone double tips. Also just an idea a partnership with waterwipes to make small wipes perfectly sized for convenient cleaning thats formulation would respect all the tip materials used?
I had the Experience 2 Earloops gifted to me and had been using them for sleeping which was ok but not the best for side sleeping they worked really well reducing the snoring and cat puring noises so I thought I would invest in the dream loops. I was worried at first paying so much money for earplugs but finally bit the bullet and got them. I am traveling in the near future and figured if they worked and fitted correctly it would allow me to sleep better. It turns out I need not worry. They are very different from the others, a smaller fitting in the outer ear that is soft and bends to the shape so it doesn't hurt while side sleeping. The insides are also squishy and you have many size options. Other earplugs have made the inside of my ears sore from the pressure or they fall out, these are perfect and still reduce the noise enough to sleep better without feeling like you hear nothing. Peace of mind knowing I'm not missing something major. Thank you.
I have small ears that get sore easily. The eartips at xs are okay, but the outer loop part is almost a bit large for my ears and since I'm a side sleeper it's making my ears sore. I wish they came in a smaller or kids size, especially because they really do help block out noise and I so sleep much better with them in until my ears hurt too much so I have to take them out.
They're useful to have the perfect night of sleep, I'm still learning how to put them in the right way but some times they're a little bit uncomfortable because I tend to sleep with my body facing the bed, but their still super useful.
My new obsession! Highly recommend. They’re the only ear plugs that stay in your ears most of the night, it’s very rare that they fall out. I also got the string which is super helpful. Great for those that have partners that snore!
I have slept with my Dreams in every night since I got them. At the beginning i had some issues with adjusting the ear tip size, so that the fit would be most comfortable as well as most attenuating. I settled on a different ear tip size in each ear (as well as, different ear tip type, at times). Do they block out all noise? No, nor would any non-electronic earplug ever be able to. What they do offer is a general muffle that - to me - is akin to that state right before falling asleep, when you can technically hear everything, but not quite. Some things of note: 1. If you're a side sleeper, these may be a bit uncomfortable to you, especially if you have a unnique ear canal shape and/or differently sized canals in regards to each other. 2. These offer noise ATTENUATION not cancellation, so if you're looking for complete blockage of sound, this isn't it. 3. The case is a bit flimsy (which may be remnant trouma from my switch 2 case failing - though that was resolved by Loop's amazing customer support team), so carrying them around for hotels and trips can be risky. Just make sure that you have a safe space for them, if that's your thing.
Perfect, restful sleep with these little helpers. They are so soft and very comfortable to wear during sleep. Best combined with the Loop sleeping mask.
I live by a very busy street, with lots of neighborhood dogs barking at night and a partner that snores a lot, so finding these earplugs has been lovely, best night sleep I've had in ages! I prefer the foam tips, I'm a very light sleeper, so anything slightly uncomfortable just ruins it for me, but that hasn't been a problem with these earplugs! My ear canal is slightly misplaced, so they don't sit 100% right in my ear, but I honestly don't mind, they do their job!
I love that these come with different tip sizes. It's hard to find earplugs with smaller tips that don't hurt your ear canal after an hours wear. These are great for blocking out hallway noise at hotels, or a snoring partner

I discovered this brand at the beginning of August while searching for sleeping earplugs. Considering the price, I initially held off getting these and opting for Ohropax goodnight instead. Those were pretty good although they weren't super comfortable, but the effect they had on my sleep made me to heavily consider the Loop Dream too, since they had even more noise attenuation and seemed even more comfortable. It was a bit of a risk since so many reviews online were so mixed and so many of the positive ones appeared to be paid. I found a non-sponsored review on youtube while I was waiting for my order and I was relieved to know that they were good and not some scam. Fast forward to yesterday and my order came, as well as the night. I was super excited to test them out. I have to say I had such a good night's sleep! The noise attenuation was so so good, and the comfort was next level. I didn't feel them and my ears didn't hurt at all in the morning, and I used the foam eartips as well. I have so say I am pleasantly surprised with them and I 100% recommend them! They're so good and live up to the expectations! Just make sure to use the right eartips and put them in the way Loop advertises, otherwise the seal may not work and your ears may begin hurting. Such a good and innovative product!
These are great, I was going through disposable foam ones and felt too guilty about the wastage. These did initially really hurt my ears the first night, after three nights I’d learnt how to position them and now they are perfect. Silicone cover on the foam tips rolls up a lot when removing which is annoying to put back on but no biggie. Sadly lost the Switch 2s I ordered at the same time. Wish they put trackers in the cases! £54 down the drain after 4 days use and one fascinated toddler… 🥴
I have quite sensitive ears, I have tried 20+ earplugs and I constantly feel them at best or they really hurt at worst. But these ones are quite okay, I noticed that after a week or two the silicone eartips become even softer and the fact that I can fall asleep with them is huge! Now I can't go to sleep without wearing them, they helped a lot with blocking neighbors' footsteps sounds. Also, customer service is amazing. I ordered the wrong type of extra eartips and they sent me the correct ones for free, wow! This is my 2nd pair of Loop Dreams, after about a year of use the eartips of the first one started detaching from the body when taking them off. I managed to pull them out with tweezers. :D We'll see how this one holds. :)
I love these earplugs. I’m literally the lightest sleeper in the world where literally anything, even my own breathing, can wake me up. These earplugs were a life saver on my trip to Costa Rica in any and all aspects. Not even just for sleep, but they work even to cut out the noise of this chip-crunching child in the back of our van. I kept the tips that were already on them, but you can switch them up to fit your earhole needs. Once you get them in, sealed good, you’re golden. If sounds overwhelm you, get these.
Although I unfortunately never received either of the two packages that were sent to me, I have nothing but praise for this company. When I informed them that I had never received my first package, they immediately sent me a replacement at no extra cost. When the second package also failed to arrive, due to the poor postal service in Greece (with regular, unregistered packages, the postman may simply leave them on the doorstep without making sure the recipient can actually receive them), the company promptly refunded my money without any hesitation or delay. I have never experienced such professionalism and genuine concern for customer satisfaction. Even though I never received the earplugs, I would absolutely recommend this company based on the way they handled the situation. Excellent customer service!
The earplugs are great, very good at blocking all the sounds. The wide variety of the tip sizes is such a great attention to detail. However, I noticed that when I sleep on my side, which I do every day, the loop portion itself presses on the outward "fold" of my ear cartilage, and makes my ear cartilage sore. I think the product does not take into account the differences in size of the outer ear structures. Otherwise it is the best earplugs I have had. Once there is more size inclusivity of the loop, or even just softer loop, the product would be perfect.
I really like the overall design of the Loop earplugs. The case is great, and I love that they come with several different silicone tip sizes so you can find the best fit for your ears. Unfortunately, I discovered that my ears seem to need different sizes. The medium fits my right ear really well, but for my left ear the medium is too big and becomes painful when sleeping, while the small is too small and falls out during the night. I really needed a size somewhere between the small and medium. So while I think the concept and design are excellent, unfortunately I haven’t been able to get a comfortable and secure enough fit to use them successfully for sleeping.
I’ve tried these earplugs in the past and they didn’t quite cancel enough sound, so I went back to the pink/yellow disposable earplugs. I recently purchased these and found the insertion technique of pulling the ear with one hand very helpful. I bought these with the eye mask (which is great… doesn’t catch my hair, complete darkness, room for eyelashes). One thought/suggestion I would leave is if the eye mask could have a pouch/pocket on the side to place earplugs. I have two young children who sometimes wake up at night and I wish I could just tuck the ear plugs into the eye mask so I would have less fear of losing one (or both).
If you already own a pair of the original Dream without the silicone Double Tips, check out the product listing for just the silicone Dream Double Tips (unless you want another whole pair). I'm in the U. S. and the listing for just the silicone Double Tips doesn't show under the Accessories category on the website for me, but when I contacted customer service they pointed me to them. I ordered a pair of this revised Dream version with the Double Tips and am happy to have finally found a pair of tips that seal well in my ears and don't hurt! The original Dream Foam Tips were ok, but after a few months using the Dream Foam Tips in XS, I had to move up to the S, then again to the M, to keep a seal. But the Foam M hurt after a few nights of wear, so I could only use them every few days. I've also tried the Quiet, Quiet 2, and Engage. The shape of the Quiet tips does not seal inside my ear no matter what size I select. The Engage tips are comfortable to wear however they are not designed to block out maximum noise. I didn't realize how poorly the other style tips all fit me until I tried these new ones with Double Tips.
I bought the loop switch and the loop dream about a month ago now and OMG!?! I use the loop dreams all the time, these are my saviour and I didn’t even know it. I use the dream ones more than the loop switch just because they are so so comfortable, so if you have sensitive or small ears i would definitely recommend the DREAM!!!! I have a lot of sensory issues with outside noise and these have made my life so much better this last month, I really wish I had tried these sooner. So if y’all don’t know if you should get them PLEASE take this as a sign to order them RN!!! Love u loop forever
I bought these wanting an earbud better suited for sleeping on my side as the current ones I had were quite uncomfortable to sleep as a side sleeper. After much research I decided to give these a go - to my surprise they are very comfortable to sleep on when side sleeping and you almost don't know they are there. They block out most noise but you can still hear your alarm and heavy snoring (but this is more of a blurred/dull sound). My only few cons are that they are tricky to actually put in your ear comfortably, as I find myself fiddling to get the suction right. Like many of the other reviews finding the right size is tricky so I'm unsure if this may be the reason I struggle to fit them in properly and have to fiddle. I have tried the size it comes fitted with 'M' and found these quite small so I went to the 'L' but may need to give the 'M's another go perhaps. Other than that, overall I am really glad I made the switch to purchase these - although they are much more expensive compared to most general ear buds they are definetly worth the extra price as a side sleeper to sleep comfortably.

Now I have a problem that I can’t sleep because of the noise from the street, and I can’t get rid of the noise either, so I immediately remembered these earplugs. I also consulted with friends who already use them (this particular model for sleeping), so I quickly decided to order them for myself Comfort when sleeping on my side was critically important to me, and in this regard, these earplugs are unsurpassed. I have absolutely no distracting sensations, I can sleep comfortably on my side on a hard pillow, I am very satisfied After this experience, I am now actively thinking about buying earplugs designed specifically for loud events, because there is absolutely no discomfort when wearing them, this is a stylish accessory that protects my hearing
Soy una persona a la que todo le molesta para dormir, con lo cual usar unos tapones para quitarme el ruido era complicado porque también suponían una molestia. Alguna vez había probado los típicos de las farmacias pero eran demasiado grandes y acababan molestándome las orejas. Me recomendaron probar estos y aunque no estaba convencida, especialmente por el precio, decidí darles una oportunidad por la desesperación que tenía con los ruidos este verano. Antes de usarlos de noche estuve probando los distintos tamaños de almohadilla para asegurarme que estaba cómoda y cuando los necesité fue rapidísimo. Las primeras veces es verdad que son extraños de poner, pero luego te acostumbras. No me molestan para dormir, apenas los noto, y reducen el ruido lo suficiente para que pueda relajarme, lo único que me despierta es la alarma. Definitivamente han merecido la pena.
Ich habe recht kleine Gehörgänge und habe nach zwei anderen Versuchen die kleinste Größe ear tips verwendet. Es kommt sehr darauf an, sie gut einzusetzen, ansonsten sind sie nicht besser als normale Schaumgummistöpsel. Sitzen sie gut, wirken sie wie ein Wunder. Ich habe sie zuletzt leicht angefeuchtet vor dem einsetzen, dann ging es sehr einfach. Aber wie gesagt, meine Ohren sind sehr klein. Vorher habe ich jahrelang sehr teure und gute in- ear- noise cancelling Ohrhörer verwendet und war trotzdem jede Nacht oft wach. Loop dreams sind besser. Ich kann damit manchmal sogar durchschlafen.
This is the second pair i got after losing mine, and which is a good sign hahaha. Very helpful, got these so that i could sleep while my roommates made noise, I could still hear their convos but much quieter so i could actually not pay attention to it. All in all pretty comfortable, M was slightly uncomfortable so i prefer S. Love that they included different type tips (which r easily detachable too) and different sizes. Love these earplugs!
I know loop for some time already through a friend. I was curious but the pricing held me back. Then recently I moved into a new apartment — a shared place with old creaky floorboards. For about two months I did not get one single night of good sleep. It wasn’t only that my sleep was bad. There was not one night in which I slept through! I was tired, I was exhausted and grumpy. So I ordered my first pair of loops — loop dream. I was waiting in excitement and when they finally arrived I was happy but skeptical. After inserting them, I did so right away during my day I knew I’m finally going to have my first night in which I’ll sleep through and sleeping through I did! Alone the opportunity to lay on your my side with earplugs in my ears is so amazing. All the other earplugs I tried before I took out on my sleep or they fell out in my sleep and then I woke up a thousand times at night. Either bcs of those floorboards my flatmates stepped on or bcs I was half asleep looking for my earplugs … With the loop dream this rarely happens. They stay on at night and they block out most noises I had to cope with at night. I really am unbelievably happy that I invested in them. Best purchase of this year so far. If the pricing is a match for what they are? I don’t know … But for what they do I have no regrets paying that price. I can finally sleep again and get rest! Komfort spania na totalnie innym poziomie, nie budzi mnie juz melanż sąsiadów ani stukajacy wszytskimi naczyniami narzeczony. Mają baardzo wiele wymiennych glowek co mnie zaskoczylo, bo nie dosc, ze jest wiele rozmiarow to jeszcze sa ich 2 rodzaje! Jedne gumki sa typowo sluchawkowe, natomiast drugie sa z pianki i przystosowuja sie do ucha. Jedynym minusem jest to, ze w nocy podczas wiercenia sie po lozku moga wypasc i potem z rana w strachu, ze zje mi je pies, ich szukam. Mozna to oczywiscie rozwiazac sznureczkiem rowniez bedacym w ofercie, jednakze, jest delikatnie drogi. .
Sound reduction works well, once the right ear tips measure is fixed and the tips stay well in place. It takes a while to adjust (sometimes it provides a pain in the ear after a while). Putting in the ear tips is sometimes tedious as they pop out again if not 100% in the right angle. A four star for the reduction of noise when sleeping, rather 3 stars for taking several attempts to make the tips stay in the ear, sometimes ear pain. Once well positioned without pain, they do not bother during sleeping
Pienso que es un muy buen producto, lo he usado solo una vez y me ayudo mucho, voy a seguir usándolo por unos días más, ahora tengo un pequeño problema que es que mi oído derecho es muy sensible o no le gusta tener algo adentro, ya que me produce molestias si los uso durante más de 10 minutos, pero con el oído izquierdo todo perfecto, no creo que sea un problema del producto sino de mi oído, ya que todos tenemos una anatomía diferente
As someone who lives in an apartment complex with noisy neighbors, Loops has been a life-saver. They're fairly comfortable, including when side-sleeping, and block the noise almost entirely. My only complaint is the shipping situation. It took a long time to get my order because they use UniUni, a third party delivery service. Terrible. They supposedly attempted to deliver my package one day, claimed I had given the wrong address, then took two more days to try again. Loops should just use USPS for reliable shipping.
