My neurologist and psychologist diagnosed me with ADHD, but because of another medication I have to take for my epilepsy, I cannot take Ritalin. For my restlessness, poor concentration and 24/7 racing thoughts, which have a particularly negative impact on my university studies and work, I tried the Loops Quiet 2 Plus Sublime and it's amazing how many unnecessary noises are filtered out. Noises that you wouldn't think could be a trigger, or at least part of a trigger. . . But with the Loops, everything suddenly becomes quiet and my head calms down, so I can concentrate better. I also wore them on the plane and when I had to take them out for landing, I was shocked at how loud it is on the plane. I was able to read my book in peace without having to read a sentence 3-4 times like before. They are really an asset to me! I'm now going to order the Loops Dream because of my boyfriend's snoring, so I can sleep properly again :)
I started using the quiet plus earplugs a few weeks ago. I should say they fit my ear perfectly! All the other earphones fall right out. At first I didn't see much difference in noice cancelling, but in comparison with ANC there's almost no pain in my ears and I feel more comfortable. The noice reduction is still not enough for me but slightly better than other stuff I tried. It could possibly be my ears sensitivity and not the earplugs fault. All in all it's a pleasant experience shopping with loop :)🤍
I've had terrible sleep for years. I recently purchased Quiet 2 Plus earplugs and the improvement as been incredible. I didn't realise how often I waking because of noise (potentially my own snoring haha). This morning, I didn't even hear my partner leave for work. A game changer!
Very useful when you have to work in a place with different people doing different things, as you cannot ask them to stop whatever they're doing. The box is very pretty and holds the earplugs perfectly!
Compared to the Quiet 1, the Quiet 2 Plus has a larger case and the ear tips are solid, permitting earwax to get stuck inside. The upgraded ear tips fit more snug in my ears to block out noise and to help with a more peaceful sleep
I use these ones the most: they are comfortable for sleeping and for my days at the SPA. When I reduce the noise of the external world in return I get to be more of me: calm, peaceful in my own energy ✨ I love them, they are now an indispensable accessory that contributes to my wellbeing.
Quiet 2 Plus earplugs are perfect for me when it comes to sleeping (I use the double-layer tips). For the first time in ages, I’m finally getting restful sleep—they’re extremely comfortable, even though I wear them all night. My husband snores, and I wake up from even the tiniest sound, but with Quiet 2 Plus, I can finally sleep through the night. They’re also very easy to clean thanks to being washable under running water. The material is soft and pleasant to the touch, and I really appreciate that the set includes two types of ear tips so everyone can find their perfect fit. My only regret is not discovering Loop sooner.
These are great as well, they reduce a lot of noice and are super comfy to sleep with. I sleep like in a bubble and don't hear most of noices (neighbours, traffic, my partner moving or snoring. . . ) I sleep much better. I used previous models that were also great but these are even better. I use the "sleep" model as well and can't decide which are better. I alternate them.
I purchased these as an investment for grad school. I have a shared office, and my desk happens to be near both a printer which constantly hums and the kitchenette, so people hang out to talk often. I was hoping these would muffle conversation enough that I could focus at my desk, but they still let most speaking volume sounds through. I have tried every ear tip size and am pretty confident I have a good fit (although I use different sizes in each ear). I think I just have sensitive hearing. On the bright side, they block out the sound of my roommate watching TV in another room at home, and do successfully muffle the printer and other people's typing sounds. Once you figure out how to place them they are very comfortable, though there is a learning curve to getting them into your ears correctly. I have slept in them no problem, and if I'm in the zone, I can forget I'm wearing them. If you are looking for a way to deaden background noise, and are fine with just lessening soft speaking and being able to hear speaking volume, these are a great choice.
Quiet 2 Plus, had changed my life, i work in a remote location which means noise all day long and i have ADHD which causes me to be an irritation walking on legs, also couldn't sleep and the first time i wore this to sleep , i slept for 6 hours straight which is a record for me . . i highly recommend it. . . just for the sake of clarity it hurts my ears a bit while sleeping but i'm fine with that as long as i get some sleep
I’ll preface by saying I’m a very light sleeper. My husband snores and it’s nearly impossible to filter out the noise. These are the 3rd set of earplugs I’ve tried. They are comfortable, easy to find the right fit with multiple sizes, but I am not overly impressed with the noise reduction. I found the same sound reduction when using $5 foam earplugs from the pharmacy. I will say these are slightly more comfortable, and stay put quite well, but nothing mind-blowing.
I am SO happy with my earplugs (Loop Quiet 2 +), I'm a light sleeper and they've made my life so much easier! They work great for me. They stay in my ears, they're comfortable even when I sleep on my side (they slightly hurt at first but not anymore), they block out most noise so I always fall asleep easily. I liked that they came with different sizes, before it wasn't easy for me to find earplugs small enough to fit. In brief - these earplugs have improved my sleep and my stress levels, I recommend them.
I have searched and brought so many different ear plugs and nothing was suitable, due to the small size of my inner ear. I found these and thought they would be my final purchase so I got 2 pairs. Unfortunately even the smallest size is still too uncomfortable for me and I end up with a headache and sore ears. The issue is not the detachable ear tip as that is soft and made from silicone, the problem is the actual stem where the ear tip attaches to. The stem is too large and ridgid and is the cause for the pain. I am highly disappointed as I spent nearly $100 for both pairs.
They help a lot with noisy environments - I use them mainly for sleeping, working and traveling. You need to be aware they're still letting some noise through. Usually not enough to wake me up or distract me, but it happens sometimes. Plus for cute look and being comfortable to wear. I like them a lot, but if Loop ever make even stronger, more silencing version, I'll buy them instantly.
This is my first time using the product and I was a little underwhelmed by its performance during a recent flight - it felt like the 'good' white noise made by the airplane, which I'm not bothered with, was almost completely blocked out, while unwanted noise such as children crying was actually both isolated and amplified (!) so I was a little disappointed for a second, BUT!!! - it works like a charm for blocking out noise made by my partner at home (like the TV) while I'm working in the same room - which was the reason why I bought this.
I am a long term user of Loop Quiet plugs for sleeping, my boyfriend snores and I have very sensitive sleep (previous version from a couple of years ago when the silicone part was different). I ordered new ones when one of the siliones got worn out. New plugs have much worse quality and shape compared to the old ones, smell like cheap rubber and are already so uncomfortable. You ruined an excellent product.
Unfortunately not what I'd hoped for. I already have the loop experience earplugs for gigs and they've proven themselves to be exceptional so I had high hopes for these. Sadly they didn't live up to my expectations. They don't block out enough sound for a good night's sleep and are uncomfortable when I turn on my side. Also could have done with a slightly lager earlier tip.
Couldn't wait to try the Quiet 2 plus plugs. I am a light sleeper and bought these specifically to reduce street noise. While they do not eliminate all the noise, they did not disappoint. The fit is good for side sleepers and they dont fall out. However, the carry case could use some improvements: It is small and easy to lose. After tying different brands, I can honestly say these are the best of the bunch and would recommend them. I am also very satisfied with the Loop web site, purchase process and shipping.
Never had such an amazing pair of earplugs, after battling with the foam ones for years where they don’t block any sounds, I was amazed at the quality of these earplugs. The multiple sizes allow any sized ears to fit snug and the silicone make them feel as though your wearing nothing! Very pleased (highly recommend getting a lighter colour especially for tramping as I keep losing mine when I take them out and don’t put them in the case)
It’s great to find some reusable ear plugs that are comfortable enough to sleep in. I am disappointed with the reliability though. They offer a good seal and noise reduction initially, but after some time they either lose that seal or become too uncomfortable. I’ve tried all the sizes, and have found a good fit, but I’m not impressed with their reliability and I have found cheaper alternatives to be more reliable albeit less comfortable for side sleeping.
very nice design. I also like the custom box, I would appreciate it if the box was bigger and I could have a replacement earplugs in there. The sound attenuation of the quiet 2 plus is average. I would expect more attenuation, especially if you want to use it for concerts and you will be in the front rows, then this attenuation is not enough. Definitely a lot of room for improvement.
I have had my loops quiet 2 for about a month. These ear plugs are so soft and so comfortable. They do a great job stopping all of the excess noise and giving me peace and quiet! I love that they have different size ear pieces because my ear canals are small and sometimes the regular one size ear plugs hurt my ears. I got them because I have ADHD and have a hard time going to sleep at night with any noise. My husband has a hard time going to sleep without noise. This way we can both fall asleep and sleep well. Cant wait to try the Dream Loops! Thank you Loops!! You now have a life long customer!
I really wanted the Dream ear plugs as i needed a sleeping pair but was very skeptic on the reviews and how you have to replace the tips after a certain amount of uses. . plus that price is not affordable if you constantly have to replace them. I recommend the Quiet 2 - they dont hurt my ears and have a super soft rim. I dont love the case with the fixed slots - I prefer the old cases where you can just throw them in. But this pair is affordable, good colours and overall happy.
Great for traveling and working/studying in noisy environments. Blocks out noise quite well. Very soft and comfortable as well, would be great to use for sleeping too. I really like how soft it is compared to my old switch that I bought a fee years ago. Now when I wear the switch I feel uncomfortable because I am so used to Quiet 😅 It is my favorite earplug from loop so far :)
First, the quality seems good. They're made from a strong feeling silicone and I've no doubt these would last for at least a year of constant use if maintained properly. They were also easy to use with the included instructions. But unfortunately these do not appear to be a fit for me. I got them especially for sleeping in a loud enviroment and I tried using them for three nights with the S, M and L sized double tips and despite following the fitting instructions carefully none of those felt comfortable for me especially if I slept on my side. My ears ached every time I woke up. I'm not aware of me having smaller, larger or otherwise irreguraly shaped ear canals either. They also do not appear to insulate that well against loud snoring or other such low frequency sounds eminating from the next room over. Overall I'm dissapointed, I had hopes for these after spending a ton of money on disposable moldable silicone earplugs and after reading about these quite a bit. However the refund process went absolutely smooth, just had to fill one online form and I received my full refund in less than a week with no hassle. Big plus for this process for Loop.
I had adhd and autism, and getting good quality of sleep has been a challenge for me for the majority of my life. I picked up these Quiet 2 ear plugs to use for helping with falling asleep and getting longer sleep periods. They’ve honestly been a great help. I’ve started referring to putting them in as “heading in to the cone of silence” when my girlfriend and I are turning the lights out to sleep. I find that I can fall asleep much more easily, and tend to stay asleep for longer stretches with these in. They’re really comfortable, and they do a great job at blocking out a decent amount of ambient noise. The variety of ear tip sizes that are included provide a ton of options to get the right fit, too.
Mutes better than Quiet 1 does. It feels even better in the ear (the silicone ring somehow feels lighter and softer whan sleeping, does not hurt as mutch the first one). I use only one plug, because i like to sleem pn my sides, the side that touches pillow usually feels pressured when the ear plug is inserted, so during the sleep i switch the plug fron one ear to another . . .
I’ve been using the Loop Quiet earplugs regularly and absolutely love them. They’re perfect for my daily commute—especially when I’m trying to read on a noisy train. They also come in handy when my neighbors decide to throw a party or just generally lose it. The fit is great; they sit comfortably in my ears without falling out, even during longer periods. Plus, the color options are beautiful and make them feel a bit more personal and stylish than your average earplugs. Highly recommended for anyone who needs a little peace and quiet in a loud world.
I originally bought the Loop Dream but they just didn't work for me. However thanks to the excellent satisfaction guarantee, I was able to get these instead and find them far superior in terms of fit, noise reduction and comfort, even as a side sleeper. The other important factor with the Quiet loops is that you don't have to buy expensive new foam tips 3-4 times per year, like the Dreams. I far prefer something like this that I can buy once and continue to use for a long time.
I love the loop earplugs and am getting a lot of use out of the experience, dream, and engage loops. I thought I’d try this one for commute and such, when I wanted a quiet ride. But I don’t think these loops do what they’re supposed to, I’ve had them in my ears but could still hear what was happening around me, pretty clearly. So if you’re looking for ‘quiet’ that is not what these loops provide, though they do damp a lot of the noise.
I honestly can't believe how much my sleep has improved since I started using the Loop Quiet 2 earbuds in the gorgeous lilac color. Not only are they stylish and super comfortable (seriously, I forget I’m even wearing them), but they block out just the right amount of noise to help me fall—and stay—asleep all night. I used to wake up to every little creak or car passing by. Now? Peaceful, uninterrupted sleep. They don’t fall out, even if I toss and turn, and I wake up feeling genuinely rested for the first time in ages.
My wife and I both snore. She manages to sleep through my snoring, but when she snores it messes with my sleep - or it used to. The quiet 2 plus are amazing. I've tried other ear plugs and they helped but I'd still have broken nights. The quiet 2 plus are comfortable to wear all night and they knock so much more off the sound that I now sleep right through. It's only a few more dB reduction but the difference in my sleep is amazing.
The Loop Quiet 2 Plus are a really comfortable fit and makes sleeping on the side no issue (with earplugs) so a mega plus for that. I have no issues keeping them in all night. I can still hear my snoring partner, but only if I’m awake when the snoring starts and/or I wake up during the night. It still doesn’t disturb me as much with these earplugs so they are a godsend, we can spend some nights in the same bed now at least. . .
I was so excited to purchase these earplugs as I had seen many reviews singing their praises. I have never found any earplugs particularly useful in blocking out the neighbours dogs that bark 24/7, snoring partners, loud conversations or kissing on the bus. These earplugs were no different. I have tried using different sizes provided and I can still hear everything, just a little muffled. I had high hopes for these but unfortunately the only thing that is helpful is my noise cancelling headphones which are not suitable for sleeping.
Really disappointed in these earplugs. Yes they’re comfy and cool looking. But they don’t work. The largest earplug fitting perfectly into my tiny ears muffled about a quarter of ambient sound and does not muffle at all any voices or “sharper” noises like telly, someone emptying dishwasher, etc. I was so confident these earplugs would be great for travel I bought a pair for myself and my partner. One try from each of us and they went straight into the drawer as complete let-down. Waste of money.
I wouldn’t know. Ordered two pairs 16 days ago and still have not received them. When I reached out to customer service 12 days after I ordered them, I got this reply: "Typically, it takes 1-2 business days to process an order before shipping. However, during promotions or holidays, it might take longer due to higher order volumes. Your order seems to be delayed…” With no offer to try to expedite shipping.
I found these on my own by happenstance when I was online once. I kept the tab open and I kept coming back to look at them. I have bipolar I, so I struggle with intense irritation and bouts of anger. I originally bought some over the ear headphones to block out sound, but then my chronic migraines got worse and I needed quiet rather than just being isolated from the sound around me. I mentioned Loop earplugs to my co-worker and she started to gush about them. She bought them a year or so ago and she couldn't recommend them highly enough. I feel like knowing someone who had them, made them more legitimate to me, so I bought them shortly after our conversation. I even told another co-worker about them and she's getting a pair as well. My wife is also interested in a pair for seeing live bands since she really likes how they look in-ear. Loop earplugs have been a lifesaver for me, for my mental health, for my chronic pain, and also for just regular daily things like going to sleep before my wife so she doesn't disturb me while I sleep.
